Η Lady Gaga είναι υποψηφια για 6 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs), μεταξύ των οποίων Best Song, Best Live και Best Pop.

Η Katy Perry είναι υποψήφια σε 4 κατηγορίες και θα αντιμετωπίσει την Gaga στο βραβείο Best Pop, μαζι με την Britney Spears, τον Justin Bieber και τη Rihanna. Το Best Live επίσης μπορεί να πάει σε μία από τις δύο αμερικανίδες σταρ, αν και εχουν στην ίδια κατηγορία ανταγωνισμο απο Coldplay, Foo Fighters και Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Και φυσικά οι δυο τους παίζουν και στο βραβείο Best Female παρεα με Adele, Beyoncé Knowles και Jennifer Lopez.
